Liberty Baptist Church has been serving the local area of Bear, Delaware since 1993. We welcome you to join and worship with us during of our weekly services. As seen to the right, Liberty Baptist Church is located on route 72 in Bear, Delaware. The Youth Group, called "Higher Ground", is comprised of three main groups overseen by Youth Pastor Dan Moody. The Middle School group is comprised of grades 6-8, the High School group grades 9-12, and the Segue 180 group which is aimed towards young adults ages 18-25.Come out and join us Wednesday nights (Middle School and High School) or Thursday Nights (For Segue group)! Each week the groups worship with music, play games, and have time to fellowship before having a lesson and discussion time. Dan Moody is the Youth Pastor here at Liberty Baptist. He has been with our church a number of years working with the Youth Department and has developed a variety of fellowship opportunities for the students. Dan has been saved for 12 yrs. and has been a leader in the youth department for the past 5 yrs. Dan has is coming up on yet another wonderful anniversary as being Youth Pastor and has enjoyed teaching, preaching and shepherding the teens at Liberty Baptist Church. Corn Maze: 10-23-10
» All Jr high and Sr high are invited to come out for the Corn Maze trip! The group will be leaving from the church at 2pm. The cost is $20 and will include admission and dinner at CiCi's.

Chili Cook Off: 11-14-10
» Sunday, November 14th immediately following Worship Service. Come out for Chili, baked goods, and the annual gift auction. (Great for finding Christmas presents) All proceeds aid the Youth Group.
